What if I don't have an active listing?
No problem. Email your best property photos to stayreelco@gmail.com along with your order and we'll work directly from those.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — one free revision per reel. If something feels off (timing, clips, vibe), just reply to your delivery email and we'll fix it.
What platforms is the reel optimized for?
Instagram Reels and TikTok, delivered in 9:16 vertical format. It also works on YouTube Shorts and any other vertical-friendly platform.
How do I receive the finished reel?
We send a Google Drive link to your email within 48 hours of receiving your listing details. The file is ready to post — no editing needed.
